1st Dupont Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery table was #1 in the voting for the People’s Choice Award. It was a marvelous presentation by Dr. Shank’s group and was created by his assistant, Candy. The cowboy actually moved and talked. Definitely got my vote!

Charity Event – Arts de la Table
by Decor on Apr.20, 2009, under Events, Nonprofits
Last night I attended a benefit for the Carriage House at Parkview Field. It was the ninth annual les Arts de la Table and the event provided attendees the opportunity to vote on over twenty-five tabletop creations created by area designers. The event is sponsored by the Pi chapter of Psi Iota Xi. They did an excellent job of hosting the event and there were even tours of the stadium facility. The tabletops were quite interesting ranging from Elvis, brides, parties and even a Cowboy were on display.
